Ok, guys, I got the point: Pay less/study much more -> ETINC Pay more/study less ->Allot/Packeteer
Of course I am jocking ( but not jocking 100% ). Len, I can rely on IMGATE because i) well explained tutorial ( get your medal here ), ii) Mostly untouched ( except with the recipe to add/delete domains ), iii) can be put offline just by a DNS 'touch' + IMAIL G/W clear box. In the other hand, the ETINC or the Allot or the PKT are devices that MUST be tunned on a daily basis. New ports, new services, new 'Imesh'like_bandwidht-eaters, and so on. If the box is ( at least for me ), just 40% cheaper (H/W + S/W) than Allot, and the 'learning curve' is way looooong to be not an expertise, but a good kind of operator......and add to it the foreing support and the languaje and the time zone......hard to decide. Of course, the Write password for the GUI world of Allot/PKT will be mine and just mine. I supose the appliance ( Allot or PKT or ETINC ) is on a industrial-kind HW, here you got it for around 2500 U$, but no Hardware Failover option in this case, critical part for this configuration. Of course, having pro services like yours, plus the list, life goes smooth.... Also, in the ETINC side, I must say: a) It's a BWManager b) It's a firewall c) It's a Cache d) Accounting incorporated. One price, get it all. Still is hard to decide.....
