Well, after a lot of PERL debugging...imailsrv2.pl is finally working!

1. You have to put a "\" in front of the "@" in every e-mail address.
2. You have to use "\\" in ever command line that includes a path.
3. I had to specifically allow the POST verb in URLScan.
4. There was more, but I can't specifically remember it right now.

I also cleaned up some of the PERL that I wasn't using.  My script is
SUBSCRIBE/UNSUBSCRIBE only.  There is not posting by subscribers, there is
no digest mode, etc.  All in all, it seems to be working now.
