"Allow relay for [Addresses]" is supposed to mean that the Imail server is allowed to 
take mail from the listed IP addresses and relay it elsewhere, no matter where.

It is strange that you have to list the IP address of the store-and-forward target 
host there.

I see Len has already found that this part of Imail is broken.


I like the setup of Rockliffe MailSite in this sense better.

There are  separate controls for "Allow Relay from these IP addresses" and "Allow 
relay to these domains"

In my experience, to relay mail for a domain you must add the ip address of
that domain to the relay for addresses adn add the ip/domain to the host
file. Adding IP addresses to the "relay for addresses" also requires a
restart to SMTP.
