This is not what I said. I had to purchase an upgrade, then I had to
purchase version 7... One has arrived in a week, then other has not in
four weeks. This is at the direction of your own Customer Service. I
saw someone else ask this question here some weeks ago with the same
problem. It just looks like Ipswitch is not really expediting orders.
It's not more complicated than that.
Thanks for responding, but four weeks is just a long time to send out
a Service Agreement.
