Hmmmm even with common extentions we have problems. We use a bulk mail program to send mail internally to our employees. If we send an attachment it can not be read by those using the web interface. Everyone with a normal client program *can* read the attachment and use it. Today again someone the had problems getting a word file that was sent as an attachment. :-( > I was told it was a browser problem, Bull. I have used several browsers and have not been able to solve this problem. > I explained and demontrated that Hotmail > and Yahoo mail worked just fine with the same files that were failing in > Imail. Then it was a "We dunno" and a closed ticket. Hmmm, you mean it is still not solved? I was maybe going to upgrade to the latest IMail version if that would solve the problem. However as *that* is about the *only* reason I would upgrade.... I guess I'll get IpSwitch to tell me about this before I realy upgrade. Groetjes, Bonno Bloksma .... Back up my hard drive? How do I put it in reverse? --- [This E-mail scanned for viruses by Declude Virus using f-prot] To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
