Right all, it is supposed to work with %20, but it is not.

Stupid programmers.

There is a big popular contact software (Non MS) that has a web version.
When you attach a document to a contact in the web interface, it creates 2
folders on the server under attachments for the users name and the company
name. It creates the folders with a space in the name, (as most of us have a
space between our first and last name) but then the link to the document
does not work even though the space gets replaced with %20 in the URL.
