What is the software that you are using?
Maybe you could contact the Developer, and question them on how to do what it is that you are trying to do?
Since they developed it, they "Should" Be able to assist you in the "does & don'ts" for the software.
I know that the software that I design, I welcome all enquiries on the use, If they do not find it in the Help File that is. :-)
