Can you gurus try this and see what you get ? I telnet to mail.pakstar.com port 25 (a customer) and get a 421 error (same error as my smtp log shows)
I call I-mail tech support and they try it and get a connect failed. The mail.pakstar.com host at 208.57.210.46 is offline (unplugged). Why do I still get a 421 ? What do y'all get ?
