thanks for the replies Eric.   I copied the imail folder from C:\ directly to d:\  which is a local drive.  I then made sure the same inheritable permissions were on the d:\imail folder as the c:\imail. (Account: 'mail.domain.com', POP3 Server: 'mail.domain.com', Error Number 0x800ccc92     We know the passwords are correct, we've retyped them several times on both server and client sides.   Again, thanks to anyone that can help shed some light on this.
