Would someone take a look and tell me if I'm missing something here?  The
customer claims her messages to this AOL user are not being delivered...

> 20030318 170946 127.0.0.1       SMTP (242) 250 OK

These lines indicate that AOL accepted the E-mail, and accepted responsibility for delivering it -- so if the recipient did not get it, it is an AOL. issue.


AOL does have a secret spam scanning system, but the #1 criteria seems to be a missing reverse DNS entry, but you do have one.
