or any other package would stop a spam such as the one below unless the filter trapped on tropicalpills and that's a lost cause...filters can't be that specific.
Actually, Declude JunkMail does a lot more than just keyword searches. :)
From what you posted, it's impossible to say what would have happened (since you only included the message body and subject, and partial To/From/Date headers). Typically only content filtering (such as Message Sniffer, SpamManager, or the "roll your own" filters you're doing) look at the information you provided. That works well (if you use one of the services mentioned, or take the time to do it yourself), but in many cases the heart of spam detection usually is the source of the E-mail and other information in the headers, which is your first line of defense.
