Let  me  know  what  the "proper" web preferences are for your org and
whether you want this for Access or MSSQL. I'll whip up a VBS and post
it.

If  you're using a SQL-capable DB as an everyday tool, this might be s
good  time  to familiarize yourself with basic queries. There's really
no  reason  to be creating users any other way if you're using IMail's
ODBC option!

One  additional  question:  where's your CSV file coming from? Is that
itself  manually entered? If so, this whole thing is redundant, as you
could just enter the data into the SQL table directly.
