Hello, All, We are using IMail 6.06. A user called and said that he can't connect to our server and download his e-mail. I checked and his main.mbx file has a 59MB message in it, basically a bunch of pictures that some "friend" has sent to him, along with 17 other small messages. The user has given me the go ahead to remove the message, but I can't seem to get rid of it.
I tried logging on to the webmail interface and I checked the checkbox next to the message and click Delete Selected Messages but the message is still in the inbox. I can't find any option in IMail Administrator to delete an individual message from main.mbx. Does anyone have an idea how I can get rid of a single message and still keep the remainder of the mailbox? All feedback is appreciated!
