Thanks Len,

Verio set this up a year ago and I sent the original email to verio support because 
the tech there thought those might be old servers.  Hopefully, that will solve the 
problem. 

Wouldn't those servers still be up though if I can do a reverse lookup on 
198.173.211.5 and get back the correct domain?  If I set up a new PTR record it 
usually is reachable with reverse lookups within an hour.
