Wouldn't those servers still be up though if I can do a reverse lookup on 198.173.211.5 and get back the correct domain? If I set up a new PTR record it usually is reachable with reverse lookups within an hour.'
There is definitely a problem at Verio, because their NSs are not responding identically for everybody everywhere, apparently.
