[IMail Forum] Slightly OT: Reverse MX Proposal

Please forgive me if this has been posted to this list before. I noticed 
a great deal of discussions revolving around spam here, so I thought I'd 
pass on an interesting proposal I read awhile back called "Reverse MX". 
It's a way of (hopefully) reducing some spam without changin the 
existing mail infrastructure too much.
