Scott, I am sure in the end it may be something I overlooked.. However, I can do a ping to 2.0.0.127.bl.spamcop.net
C:\>ping 2.0.0.127.bl.spamcop.net
Pinging 2.0.0.127.bl.spamcop.net [127.0.0.2] with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 127.0.0.2: bytes=32 time<10ms TTL=128
Good -- that means that your server has access to Spamcop's DNS servers.
It sounds like you have everything set up correctly (it should be listed as "bl.spamcop.net" -- adding the "2.0.0.127." in front of it just tells Spamcop that you want their entry for 127.0.0.2, which is a test entry that should always be listed). Unless anyone here has some further suggestions, I would recommend contacting Ipswitch support about this.
