The only action we take on BADHEADERS is to add a warning and we add no weight to email that fails this test because of the reasons stated.
If we held on or deleted on this test we would nor receive our notifications about our backup or other alert notifications. the same goes for the SPAMHEADERS test. We see too many false positives from these tests so if you are going to use the in DECLUDE use a low weight or no weight.
