I reapplied the patch and hotfix, but I still do not have antispam in the
exapnded IP'ed domain... All services were stopped and I even set all Imail
services to manual start and rebooted the server before applying patches.
Still nothing in the menu. I have the server antispam option, but nothing
under the IP'ed domains.

If you are missing the AntiSpam, then chances are that the services were not
all stopped before you did the upgrade or they did not stop properly. Try
re-installing the 8.01 again with all services stopped first.
