Wish I'd seen this post earlier. Could have saved you the trouble of a reinstall.
I had the same deal and called Ipswitch. Virtual domains do not have an antispam tab. Virtual domains follow the lead of the IP'd *master* host domain, which you'll find *does* have an antispam tab. So do what you want to on the host domain, and this will filter to all the virtuals. If you want to customize each virtual, they'll have to have assigned IPs.
