Thanks for the input guys.

You are right about the bandwidth Len, and that is exactly what I am trying
to avoid is the bandwidth usage.

At the same time I don't want to notify the spammer that his emails are
being rejected so he starts looking for other methods of delivery.  With my
own IT issues if I know something is broken then I can fix it.  Its harder
to fix something when you don't know its not working.
