Check out Meeting Maker. It's what we used before going to Exchange, and honestly it did a better job than Exchange at meeting management. It does calendar, tasks, and contacts. You can have resource calendars (like for a conference room) that auto-accept meetings and such. Was a wonderful product here. It had fat clients for windows and macs and a web client as well. There was also a Solaris and HP-UX client, but I don't know if those are still maintained.
