That's probably the along the lines of what it is if it isn't it exactly.
Nothing should break on an upgrade from Netscape 6.2 -> 7.0 -> 7.01 -> 7.02
-> 7.1, but we know sometimes profiles get a little funny. It shouldn't
happen, but sometimes when the profile is being tweaked for the upgrade
there is a mistake, and things like that get zapped. A good test is always
to make a new profile, and see if it works. If it does work then the profile
has a mistake somewhere. I've seen this happen in all sorts of betas and
even in what we deployed here at AOL Time Warner. I've reported it, and its
gotten better from upgrade to upgrade, but it's not perfect. (AOL owns
Netscape...)
