I am having a problem where about every 3 days the IMail server will not
connect to our gateway

MX Connect Fail [12.9.25.248]

IPSwitch tech support is blaiming it in on the IP stack.

"Intel Pro 100+" with the latest drivers.
Windows 2000 SP3

If I Stop and start the SMTP service. No good. I need to reboot the server
to get it delivering again. I have not had a chance to telnet from the IMail
box when it is in this state.


Local mail works fine
POP works
WEB Works
LDAP Works


Any one else have this type of issue or any suggestions??
