Here, it appears that IMail was able to connect to one of the AOL mailservers, but the connection stopped somehow -- from the logs, it looks like IMail timed out (but, it shouldn't time out before several minutes have passed), as there is no log file entry indicating that AOL disconnected the session. IMail certainly felt that the session was disconnected (since it sent the QUIT command to be polite), but without any log file entries showing why, I believe someone at Ipswitch would need to comment.
