In outlook there is an option to not download messages larger than a certian
size.

Go to tools -> Oprions -> Mail delivery Tab

It is at the bottom called

Don't Download messages larger than

I am running Outlook 2000


So what is all of the fuss??????
Our sales reps use this all of the time. When they get back in the office
they simply uncheck the box and download all messages.
