This tool is used by executing a command from a command prompt and provided variable information to define which messages should be expunged. The user can specify a file path and age of messages to delete, and optionally specify the name of a specific mailbox to apply the deletion request. The user can be a broad as to say delete all the messages on the mail server older than x days, or as specific as delete messages older than x days from this particular user's mailbox. Information regarding the number of files, locations scanned, and space saved will be logged in exMMDDYY.log.
