Hi,

This is a repeat request based on my post on Monday, July 21, 2003 (see
http://www.mail-archive.com/[EMAIL PROTECTED]/msg69632.html)

Could someone at Ipswitch (John?) reinstate the [past] practice of issuing a
weely reminder to the IMail_Forum discussion list regarding proper posting
etiquette? I am specifically referring to KB article
http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20020802-DM01.htm which was written in
great part by list member John Tolmachoff.

(Another possible avenue would be to add the above URL to the existing
trailers but it has been my experience that people don't seem to notice
them.)

If I could single out a single item that drives me nuts, it's posting using
HTML. When subscribed in Digest mode, one is forced to scroll *way* down
(several screenfuls) past the plain-text part, enduring several kilobytes of
extremely verbose HTML formatting code, just to get to the next message.

Thanks in advance for your eventual consideration in this matter,

Guy
P.S. Also, to fellow subscribers: Please trim :)
