That means that an HTML message has a hyperlink to us.rd.yahoo.com and this domain is 
in the URL-domain-bl.txt file (the URL domain black list file).  You can see your 
settings for this on the Content Filtering (HTML) tab for the anti-virus settings on 
the domain in IAdmin.
