If you only require SMTP you could consider MS SMTP server which
is freely distributed with IIS. Many list members have done this.
If you need a fully functional mail server you could install
XMAIL http://www.xmailserver.org/
I'm pretty certain IMAIL continues to use all IP's so the other
would have to be bound to a different port.
