1. Read the Archives. This has been discussed extensively recently on this list. 2. Get an AV software to scan incoming and outgoing messages for Viruses. I could recommend an Excellent product, but some have expressed a desire to not see any mention of solutions not from Ipswitch. 3. Read the manual on how to set up Imail Rules. The KB article you posted is a specific one.
