Here are some things to try, not that they might help, but worth a try.
Disable any IMail monitoring (IMonitor), and any type of WhatsUp gold
software. Follow the instructions via IPSwitch at this link:
http://support.ipswitch.com/kb/IM-20020812-DM01.htm if you haven't already.

Also.. ensure that your TX / RX modems are kept cool...  use a cheap 6"
oscillating fan if you have to.  (POWER DOWN the Satellite System - unplug
both modems) Check/tighten the coax connections at the modems and at the
dish.  At the dish end ensure that your F-type connectors have some sort of
silicone gel used to prohibit water from getting into the connectors.
