We are about to upgrade from iMail 6.06 to 8.0, finally! ;) When testing
the Help I've encountered a couple issues that hopefully someone will be
able to "help" me with. Initially, the Help was painfully slow - taking 30
seconds or so to load a page. On iMail 6.06 it's almost instantaneous.

This is practically the only thing running on this server, and with only 1
user! The test server is a Dell PowerEdge 2450, with dual 728 Mhz CPUs, 1
GB of RAM, running Windows 2000 Server. And plenty of free space. I hate
to think how it will perform with a lot of users! Web Mail itself is quick,
just Help is slow. The testing has been with iMail 8.0, HF1 - need to
install HF2 yet.

We were hitting a number of other errors or problems with Help content too.
They weren't consistent, but Clicking certain links within Help, and then
clicking "back" (<<) and then clicking the link again returned a "File Not
Found" box, with html-like garbage around it; if I then went "back" and
clicked another heading the same "File Not Found" box, etc., is returned.
And sometimes without hitting the "back". I.E., open Help from the Compose
screen -> click Contents -> click Welcome -> "File Not Found" plus garbage.
.
In checking information on Ipswitch.com I noticed that there were template
updates for HF1 that I missed. So I installed the new templates and HF2.
Now Help does come up at all! No errors, but no Help either! Just an empty
window. And nothing is returned if the "Content" button is clicked either.

Has anyone else encountered this? Have a solution or any suggestions?

TIA,

David
