I have found that if you try to delete more than 50 messages at once (and sometimes more than 20) that the process times out before the messages can be deleted. If you tell the user to set web messaging back to displaying 20 messages and then picking and deleting messages the problem goes away - even if they select all and then delete (which deletes just that page of messages). I consider it a bug in the web interface that trying to delete all the messages on the screen if displaying more then 50 almost always bombs out. I have not reported this bug to ipswitch. Does anyone know if they know about it?
