A couple questions for an IMAIL guru...

Steps 4 and 7 both indicate they run the Imail AV. I don't think this is right.
From my understanding, it is done in Step 4, and the mention in Step 7 is not accurate.
Also, at what step does the SMTP32.exe get called for delivery?
It should be after Step 6, and before Step 7.
I ask because I am using Declude as well as my own custom filters. No matter what
order I configure them (smpt32.exe is last of course) , I find Imail is
adding additional X-headers (i.e. X-IMAIL-SPAM-URL-DBL) AFTER my headers and
decludes headers. Obviously smtp32.exe is doing more than 'delivering' it
is responsible for some spam tests.
IMail v8's anti-spam is split into two parts -- one runs before smtp32.exe (at Step 3), the other runs afterwards (somewhere after Step 6, during smtp32.exe).
