Technically speaking, SMTP32.EXE is only used to "tell" QM that a new message is ready. Most content scanning must be done after the message is accepted for delivery, so it is done within QM. Think of content scanning as an expansion of the Rules engine, which also is run during the delivery process. As a result, yes, you may have additional headers inserted after Declude is done processing.
