How long does it take for Imail to resend messages that were stuck in the Que?
Normally, it should take less than the amount of time listed in the "Queue Timer" setting. So if your E-mail is re-tried every 30 minutes, then it should take no more than 30 minutes for the E-mail to be re-tried.
Is there a way to force delivery of items in the spool?
Yes, you can use "Send One" (or "Send All") in the IMail Administrator, when using "View Queue".
