I am configuring a new server for a client I do consulting for. Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition all patches Imail 8.03 MS DNS service running in cache only mode with forwarders properly configured and tested.
DNS TCP/IP settings on NIC set to 127.0.0.1. Imail SMTP set to use 127.0.0.1. When a message is received, the AntiSpam tests are run, and time out after 1 minute. Once all tests time out, Imail passes to Declude and Declude JM runs as expected. I have tried using different DNS servers with the same results. If I disable all Imail AntiSpam tests, the message goes right through to Declude as expected. I have reinstalled Imail with no change.
