Interesting to see I'm not the only one with the problem of non responsive
tech people. The first guy called back at 5:30pm EST, he told me to email
him something and then he went AWOL. Finally some other guy called after
complaining and made some sort of generalization about the registry settings
which did not help.

Tech support is a joke, no wonder everyone is outsourcing to other
countries. Half these people don't know their butt from a hole in the
ground.

Am I the only one that knows better than to call ANYWHERE for tech support
for a real problem? If you can't fix it yourself, you are out of luck. The
people that just need lost passwords are the lucky ones in the world.
