The first guy called back at 5:30pm EST, he told me to email him something and then he went AWOL. Finally some other guy called after complaining and made some sort of generalization about the registry settings which did not help.
Tech support is a joke, no wonder everyone is outsourcing to other countries. Half these people don't know their butt from a hole in the ground. Am I the only one that knows better than to call ANYWHERE for tech support for a real problem? If you can't fix it yourself, you are out of luck. The people that just need lost passwords are the lucky ones in the world.
