Karen, thanks for the help.  I imagine that this is an isolated problem on
the other end, but wanted to see if anyone had seen this before.

I don't have a copy of the older messages, but this one is from a Juno
account.

There is no encryption, we are using 8.02, with no mods, normal templates.
