Ok...
It is running McAfee Anti-virus... no real time scanning...
I was trialing Declude Anti-virus and Anti-Spam which they will be
purchasing. It did expire and actually that is about the time the mail has
been slow. No other anti-virus.
It is running MSDNS and IIS.. Not sure why it is doing this all of a
sudden.

Declude Virus?
Declude JunkMail?
Anti-Virus on the server itself?
MS DNS?
Imail Anti-Spam?
How is the server performance during this time?
