Did I maybe not un-install the declude products correctly?
The problem may just be that you uninstalled them properly. :) All the Declude products include Declude Queue, which is designed to speed up mail delivery when an "overflow" situation occurs.
To ensure that none of the Declude products are running, you can just rename or remove the \IMail\Declude directory. Without that directory, the core Declude code may run, but none of the Declude products will run. Or, you can go to the "Delivery Application" option in the advanced SMTP options (if you see "smtp32.exe" in there, Declude has been disabled; if not, rename "declude.exe" to "smtp32.exe", and you'll be all set).
