Email him and tell him his old mail will be cleared as of date XYZ. Let him clear it from his end.
?? Did I not mention NEW location? 1. Me serf him director. 2. Different location, different network with no access to my wires.
What I did was set up a new email client with a forward rule, and then connected it to his IMail mail box. While this works, as would bullying the users (see above) why can't IMail do this (simple?) task?
