Karel,

    Most of the Symantec products require uninstall and re-install,
including cleanup of the files - i.e. Program Files\Symantec and Program
Files\Common as well as sometimes cleaning the registry.  This will usually
fix what's wrong with Symantec AV.  However I do not use the Imail AV so I
cannot tell you how this would relate to the integrated product.
