We've implemented that here with a dedicated MX host between IMail and the Internet - all mail received by the MX host addressed to allusers@ and other group aliases is rejected. It looks like you have some sort of multi-server setup as well, so that might be an easy option. I can't think of a way to do it with IMail alone except with password-protected mailing lists, which provides the functionality you want but can be irritating for users if the lists are used a lot and they forget to add the password.
