I have a lot of mail servers I cannot receive mail from.
I have in log something like:

20031014 000011 127.0.0.1 SMTPD (09E70136) [0.0.0.0] connect 212.180.95.170 port 46555
20031014 000011 127.0.0.1 SMTPD (09E70136) send error 10054
20031014 000011 127.0.0.1 SMTPD (09E70136) send error 10054

for a lot of IP addresses.
I have no problems sending mail to these addresses (in fact domains).
With a different relay software it is possible to receive mails.

Do you have that IP (212.180.95.170) in your IMail SMTP Kill File? If not, it is worth double-checking the entries in the Kill File (for example, "212.1.2.3 255.0.0.0" would block 212.180.95.170).
