Make sure that you are using the right web templates and that the templates are not referencing any images that do not exist. I tracked down the majority of our web messaging problems to errors in the templates.

Since yesterday, we have had to start/stop web messaging a dozen times a day as it will just jump from consuming a normal avg of 15-20% of CPU to 100%. The normal consumption will last anywhere from an hour to 3 hours, and then make the jump to a 100% in just a minute's time period. This is obviously causing problems with POP login and SMTP auth as well, as the server has no resources left for anything else... I have looked at the W1 and W2 logs, but do not see any unusual entries...no same user logged in, no abnormal web hits, etc. Has there been a known fix for this that I have missed? Thanks in advance!
