[IMail Forum] User mailbox exceeds....

Hello,   I am running Imail 8.03 with about 12,000 users.  The problem is that my spool currently has 1800 messages in it, but 1003 of them are messages that read “User mailbox exceeds allowed…”.  My understanding is that these will never get delivered because most of them are to spammers.  Is there something I can do about these so that they are deleted more often?  Any help would be appreciated.   Chad
