I've checked for the existence of these files on the target system. Both user.txt and .lst exist within their proper folders.
Further, the original system has been brought back online since the list's memberships did not seem to carry over. Thus, I'm able to rename user.lst to user.txt on the target system and confirm that the entries are present with carriage returns.
