I have a server that has been running almost 6mths and as of the last 2 - 3 weeks mail delievery has gotten much slower, 20 - 25 minutes for the mail to be delievered. I have gone through my logs and cleaned up the server, anyone whos mail box was full, alias loops, etc and still have the same problem. I have removed the old spam test declude had suggested but still the mail is exteremly slow. I have checked my server and the processes are not stopping mail is still sending fine, and the incoming mail is going in to the spool, the delay is in the final deliverery of the message to the user. We currently have about 6k of mail boxes, the server has a gig of memory and the cpu usage is less than 15% which I believe shows it isn't the machine being over worked. Can anyone offer areas to check?
